HOW DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENTS?

This store uses PayPal, which is a secure on-line payment system with most credit and debit cards accepted. 

AM I PAYING THE CORRECT SHIPPING CHARGES?

HOW DO YOU SHIP YOUR ITEMS?

Orders within the UK are shipped with Royal Mail, and all other orders are shipped standard airmail. If you would like your goods sent by a signed for service please email us on [email protected] before you checkout.

WHY IS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING SO EXPENSIVE?

Unfortunately sending goods by airmail from the UK is now very expensive, but we always do our best to find the cheapest postage options for all of our products, so that you get the best deal.

For subscriptions, we have to consider the postage costs for every separate issue. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

- orders within the UK should arrive within 5 working days.
- orders to Europe should arrive within 7-10 working days.
- orders to all other destinations should arrive within 10-14 days. Sometimes this can take longer particularly in the USA, can take up to 30 days to arrive, but this is unusual.

Any Products purchased or Subscribed to have a No Returns policy. Please Be sure before you buy. This does not include Faulty/Damaged goods and in no way affects your statutory rights.
